By using AdsVigil you agree to these terms.

1. Service
   AdsVigil provides AI-powered QA analysis
   for Meta ad campaigns. The Service is
   provided as-is and we reserve the right
   to modify features at any time.

2. Account
   You are responsible for maintaining the
   security of your account credentials.
   You must provide accurate information
   when signing up.

3. Acceptable Use
   You may not use AdsVigil to:

• Violate Meta's Terms of Service

• Access ad accounts you are not
  authorised to manage

• Attempt to reverse engineer the Service

• Resell access without written permission

4. Payment
   Subscriptions are billed monthly or
   annually in advance. All fees are
   non-refundable except where required by law.
   Prices may change with 30 days notice.

5. Cancellation
   You may cancel your subscription at any
   time from your account settings.
   Cancellation takes effect at the end
   of the current billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability
   AdsVigil is a QA tool and does not
   guarantee campaign performance. We are
   not liable for any ad spend losses
   whether or not our tool identified issues.

7. Intellectual Property
   AdsVigil and all associated content
   is owned by AdsVigil. You retain
   ownership of your campaign data.

8. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by the laws
   of India.
